Design of a voice assistant bot as a support option for financial users app

Definition of the assistant's personality, tone of communication and voice, emotions, language, functionalities, interaction and interface design in conjunction with all areas involved including users, IT, design and marketing.

  • Create Scope Canvas and define the personality of the bot and its appearance.
  • Define places where the bot will  be in the information architecture and the settings (Language, make sound, confirmation, vocabulary).
  • Define multimodal interaction ¿How does it work by voice, with which word it is activated, gestures, voice recognition? ¿How does it work when I type, can I send emojis, images
  • Create dialog matrix, navigation flows and architecture.
  • User interface and prototypes.
  • User testing.


Rational

Its circular shape facilitates its application in the different formats where it should be, its eyes help to express different emotions and be more empathetic. Its extremities are a visual support to give it movement and different positions in addition to the colors that reinforce the brand.
